Time, where did the time go?
Today I added a pic to my fb acct, checked my fb acct, realized there were about 15-20 requests, snowballs, join this or that and I realized I just really don't make the time for it. When I worked at the bank, I checked my email daily because there was almost always down time. Now, at work I'm doing good to check my work acct....so, a day or so ago my yahoo acct had about 150 messages going back to before Christmas. I really don't manage my time well and decided to cancel facebook.......SORRY DANA!!!!.......I just read in my email your post about the pic, so I put it on here too :) With the fb, I just kinda got to the point where I was more worried than anything else, thinking things like, "I wonder if so & so is mad because I didn't return a snow man before Christmas (it's 1-17)" rather than just enjoying for what it was.....

oh dear chenille! i always have at least 100 requests. it's really just because most people don't realize there is a "skip" button when it asks you to select "10" to take this or that quiz.
the skip button is tiny and people miss it so they think that in order to take the quiz they have to send the requests.
yeah right now i have over 100 requests. ok not anymore because i just ignore them. lol. everyone i know ignores the vast majority of the requests they recieve. usually the people that sent the request doesn't know whether you've accepted it or not.
don't let things like that stress ya out. i don't think that i know anyone who would be upset by an ignored request. if they did get mad that would be my first hint to block them a.s.a.p. :)
I'm bummed that you didn't enjoy it. I'll do my best to send links to my pix.
I'm moving past the blog as a means to keep in regular contact with folks. I'm fully invested in FB now. However, I still want to keep the blog vital but my purpose for it is changing.
I'm working on the blog now. It's gonna take a bit to hammer out the details of what it's becoming so we'll just have to see. :)
I love you and miss you. I'll try to make my way home in a few weeks. Now that I'm back to UT I've found my times being consumed by the next big trip. lol. I guess since you cancelled FB you don't know... I'm going camping in Arizona this weekend. It's my first winter camping excursion. I should find warmer weather down that way. Yay! :)
I'll take pix and try to post one or two on the blog. I'll put in a link to my FB album so you can see 'em all. :)
